In a context of increasing technical complexity of the vehicle parc and evolving requirements within the independent aftermarket, UNIGOM announces the appointment of Fabrizio Cianniello, mechanical engineer, as Technical Manager & Trainer.
This appointment forms part of a broader process aimed at structuring and further developing the technical and training activities already in place within the company, with the objective of making technical support across the UNIGOM supply chain even more effective, both in Italy and in international markets, for the benefit of partner distributors, automotive parts retailers and repair workshops.
In his role, Cianniello will act as a technical reference point for the UNIGOM network, contributing to the structuring and coordination of technical dialogue throughout the supply chain, alongside existing technical activities and in close cooperation with the relevant company departments. His work will focus on knowledge transfer, the sharing of applied technical content and the analysis of real-world installation and component usage cases.
“Strengthening technical support is a key element in ensuring application consistency and service quality throughout the entire aftermarket supply chain,” comments Fabrizio Cianniello, Technical Manager & Trainer at UNIGOM.
These activities are designed to provide practical support for partners’ day-to-day operations, promoting greater technical accuracy in interventions, improved product understanding and an overall enhancement of service quality at workshop level.
At the same time, Cianniello will be involved in the technical training initiatives included in the GM Edu Italy programme, aimed at students and teachers at vocational institutes specialising in mechatronics. This forms part of a broader vision linking education, distribution and the aftermarket market, and contributes to the development of technical skills aligned with the sector’s real needs.
With this appointment, UNIGOM further consolidates its commitment to providing qualified and structured technical support, complementing its products with a service approach consistent with the real requirements of the aftermarket supply chain.
